Did you know I take special orders?
Ordering directly from a grower may feel a little unfamiliar, but you don’t need to know the names of every variety—or even exactly what you want—before you reach out.
You can tell me what you’re looking for:
🌱 A particular color, flavor or texture
🌱 Something for a favorite dish or special event
🌱 A single variety you already love
🌱 A blend created around what you’d like to add to your meals
Then we’ll talk through the possibilities, timing and price before I plant anything.
These photos are a few examples of where those conversations can lead. One customer asked for more color, so I created a cabbage and amaranth blend. The beet and broccoli began as an idea for a nutrient-rich combination I wanted to explore. And the watercress was grown by request for a very patient customer while I learned exactly what it needed to thrive. 😊
Because everything is grown from seed, special orders do require some advance notice—and some varieties take longer than others. If your request involves something new for me, I’ll be honest about the additional time or experimentation it may require.
Sending me a message doesn’t commit you to an order. It simply starts the conversation.
