East 32 will be closed Thursday afternoon so we can take time to honor the man that started it all.

Carl and his family took a chance on a couple of out-of-towners, wanting to broaden their scope in the cattle industry. Carl not only taught us the lost art of cutting meat but he showed us what taking pride in your work is supposed to look like. He was ever so kind to walk us through all aspects of this business, making sure we understood it was more than just cutting up your animals. It was about the relationships you will build with your customers and their trust you gain, by doing a good job. He showed us by example what hard work looks like even though it’s sometimes a thankless profession. Carl was always willing to help us even if it was something simple-he ALWAYS showed up.

We feel so fortunate to have known this strong and creative man. We are so humbled to carry on, helping you create memories around the table, just like Carl did for all his years. ❤️ Colby and Stacy🕊️🙏🏻
