Owners Laura Zeppos and Rita Vranesic have been in the food service business for many years. They are known for their Greek delights including Spanakopita, Baklava and Rizogalo ( rice pudding). Both of them enjoy the taste and health benefits of a Mediterranean diet and use olive oils and balsamics in their cooking and baking. ngredients. In August of 2015, they decided it was time to introduce the Lebanon area to the products that they use, hence The Aegean Table was born. Some of their products include Katerina's Finest Imported Greek Olive Oil, and Katerina happens to be Laura's cousin Flavored olive oils include: Blood Orange, Meyer Lemon, Lime, Basil, Italian Herb, Habanero, Garlic, Rosemary, Cilantro Lime, Oregano, Dairy Free Butter and Chili with Garlic. Flavored Balsamics include: Carmelized Onion, Apricot, Cranberry, Blueberry, Dark Cherry, Fig, White Raspberry, White Pineapple, White Peach and Traditional. Aside from their Spanakopita, Baklava and Rice Pudding, they also have a selection of olives, including Kalamata and Feta stuffed. They have both Feta and Kefalotyri cheese, along with Dolmadakia, hummus and everything you need to make a Gyro...Pita bread, Gyro meat and Tzatziki sauce. Rita and Laura hope to share their love of good food by providing some of their most requested Greek specialties, along with the ingredients used in their cooking, to the Lebanon area...From our table to yours!
