To Our River Family,
Forecasts are calling for a period of very cold temperatures across our service area, with the potential for significant snowfall and icy conditions in some locations. A&A Riverways is taking steps now to prepare for this weather and to continue operating as safely and effectively as possible. Extended freezing temperatures may affect certain services, and launching boats could be challenging if boat ramps become iced over. While we will make every effort to maintain service, some delays should be expected. Road and travel conditions may also impact crew availability at select locations.
Safety for our crews and yours is important to us, and operational decisions will be made with that in mind. Our A&A team will stay in contact regarding any service impacts and will provide updates if services are delayed or temporarily unavailable.
