Tentatively booking beef cut dates week of 6-1 until 6-15. Please reach out if your looking for custom cutting. Month of July ill be closed for rail work, upgrades and building.

When I started cutting i was happy to get 1 beef cut/packaged a day by myself. This week 12 beef hit the table and sealers. With 4 more to go. Ill be back to booking approximately mid to end of May. Pending recovery time. Thank you to the local farms and return customers. Im ready for a break and to start building stuff out of square again. .

First time I've got to turn the cooler off since July. 1 week break before a long run of beef. Thanks to all of the local farm support. I'll be down for a minimum of 6 weeks at the end of March for an acl n meniscus repair. Your customer service representative and meat man signing out!

Ill have a few openings for beef next week. This is my last open availability until mid May. Perfect time to order premium local angus. 1/2s and 1/4s are available. Stay warm and help your neighbors out.

As we end this 2025 season I want to thank all of our returning n new customers. Im still working on product orders in the 500s. We have over 80 deer donated through the Hunters Sharing the Harvest this year. Final weights due in a day to 2 but safe to say we blew past 2k lbs to the local community food banks. I transition back to nights at the hospital and back to livestock on Wednesday.

Another round done. Im hopeful to have all the deer n product completed by Saturday. There's almost 300 deer in the freezer that need picked up. Im still behind on bologna, sticks and jerky but the smokehouse has been running daily. We will be opening up for the weekend for the first 40 to 50 deer only.

After the busiest rifle opener last week we have cut over 450 deer since last sunday. Im catching up on all the product orders as we speak. Another 800lbs of product will be completed in the next 2 days. We will be power calling all the deer that are completed starting tomorrow. Thanks to all of customers. Looking like we will be back normal operation on Thursday.
