Sheet Pan Honey Dijon Chicken & Veggies
Sweet, tangy, and packed with bold flavor, this one-pan dinner makes weeknights easy and cleanup even easier.
Ingredients
* 4 boneless chicken breasts (or thighs)
* 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
* 2 cups broccoli florets
* 2 carrots, sliced
* 2 Tbsp olive oil
* 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
* 2 Tbsp honey
* 1 Tbsp SpecialS**t
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, Dijon, honey, and SpecialS**t.
3. Place chicken, potatoes, broccoli, and carrots on a large sheet pan.
4. Pour the sauce over everything and toss until evenly coated (leave the chicken skin-side up if using thighs).
5. Bake for 30–35 minutes, stirring the vegetables halfway through, until the chicken reaches 165°F and the potatoes are tender.
6. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve

Hey YaYa's Fans,
Here is another great recipe using Chicken Sh*t!

ChickenS**t Skewers with Lemon-Herb Drizzle
This is not your basic kebab. Bright, a little smoky, a little fancy, but still built for a backyard grill and a cold drink.
Ingredients
* 1.5–2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs (cut into large chunks)
* 2–3 Tbsp olive oil
* 1.5 tbsp ChickenS**t seasoning
* zest + juice of 1 lemon
* 1 Tbsp honey
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* Red onion (chunked)
* Bell peppers (any color, big pieces)
* Zucchini (thick slices)
* Optional: mushrooms or pineapple
* 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
* 2 Tbsp fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, or dill)
* 1 Tbsp lemon juice
* 1 Tbsp olive oil
* Pinch of ChickenS**t
Preparation
1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, ChickenS**t, lemon zest/juice, honey, and garlic. Toss in the chicken and coat well. Let it sit at least 30 minutes (longer = better, up to overnight).
2. Thread chicken and veggies onto skewers, alternating for color and even cooking. Pack them tight, but not suffocating.
3. Medium-high heat, about 10–12 minutes total, turning occasionally until the chicken gets that nice char and is cooked through.
4. Stir together the yogurt, herbs, lemon juice, olive oil, and a pinch of ChickenS**t. Taste it and adjust if needed. This is your secret weapon.
5. Lay the skewers on a platter and drizzle with the sauce.

SpecialS**t Chicken Skillet
Easy. Fast. No nonsense.
Ingredients:
* 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced horizontally to thin cutlets or pounded to even thickness)
* 1 1/2–2 tsp SpecialS**t
* 1/2 tsp AwS**t (optional, if you want a little heat)
* 1 Tbsp olive oil
* 2 Tbsp butter
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* Juice of ½ lemon
* 1/4 cup chicken broth (or white w**e)
* Optional: chopped parsley, grated parmesan
Instructions:
1. Pat chicken dry and season both sides generously with SpecialS**t. Add AwS**t if your crew can handle a little kick.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (165°F internal temp). Remove to a plate.
3. Lower heat to medium. Add butter and garlic to the same pan. Cook 30 seconds. Pour in lemon juice and broth, scraping up the flavorful bits from the pan. Let it simmer 1–2 minutes until slightly reduced.
4. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Sprinkle parsley or parmesan if you’re feeling fancy (or just hungry).
