DESCRIPTION: Come work for Arnold's Market, a family owned Produce Stand @ Leesport Farmers Market. We are looking to hire an energetic, positive Produce Sales Associate to add to our team. We have AM & PM shifts available on Wednesdays. If you're hard-working and dedicated, Arnold's is the place for you. Apply today!
RESPONSIBILITIES: Replenish stock and goods on display shelves
Rotate products and goods according to the company's instructions
Greet customers with a warm smile as they shop
Help customers navigate their way through our stand
Create a positive and friendly environment for customers & fellow employees
Assist with the customer orders by retrieving items from the relevant sections
Remove expired products from the display
Ensure displays are clean and neat
QUALIFICATIONS: Basic knowledge of produce, bread, & dairy items
Strong sense of hygiene and cleanliness
Helpful and enthusiastic
Excellent customer service and mannerism
Friendly and approachable
Flexible to work day & evening shifts as required (Wednesdays only!)
Able to stand and walk around for long periods at a time
Able to move, lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs

Due to people social distancing, we would like to offer Call Ahead Ordering for our Leesport Farmer's Market location! We will post the price list for this tomorrow! Because our outdoor stand is right by the driveway, all you have to do is call/text your order, and pull right up! You can pay with card or cash. Whatever you are most comfortable with!
