Processing each animal one at a time allows us to provide the detail in cutting and wrapping that is missing from large scale operations. Pork is sold in halves and wholes and beef is offered in 1/4, 1/2, or whole sizes. See cut list and pricing online.

As a solution, the U.S. government announced the importation of 300,000 metric tons of foreign ground beef to lower prices.

We want lower beef prices too! Yet this comes at a major cost.
