Eidem's is a family owned and operated business. Owner Richard Eidem has been butchering most of his life. We take pride in processing any legal kill that comes through our door. What animal you bring in is what you get when you pick up your order. We do not combine customers meats together. The meat is processed individually and to your preference. You shoot it and we can turn it into steaks, ham

burger, roast, sausage, jerky, ring bolonga, kielbasa or what ever else you request using recipes that have been passed down through the Eidem family. Please call for pricing since orders do vary with order size and preference. We do have 24 hour drop off times. If no one is at the shop please call and we usually can have someone there with in minutes. Open year round. Eidem's also has an excellent turn around time from the time you drop your deer off to when your order is complete. There is no waiting a month or more to pick up your order. Eidem's also participates in http://www.sharedeer.org if you would like to donate your deer to help feed the hungry in Carbon County and surrounding counties at no charge, all you have to do is drop it off at our or any participating processing shop and we will do the rest. Our processing shop is open Monday through Saturday and only on Sundays that are open to hunting. If you need to drop off on a Sunday that isn’t designated for hunting, please call to the shop to make arrangements. On days that we are opened, If you arrive at the shop and no one is there please call the number listed on sign that is hanging on our shop and someone will be right with you. On September 21 the Eidem family lost a member of their family. RIP Jason Eidem, he wore many titles, brother in law, father, uncle, grandfather, son, friend, and brother. He will be missed by many but, he will live on in our memories and hearts.

Hunting season is right around the corner……Eidem’s will be open starting on October 5, 2024 for state wide archery season.

We will be open for late season deer. Our hours are from 9am to 6pm Monday thur Saturday. If you need to pick up or drop off outside those hours please call 484-629-5275 to make arrangements. At this time of the season there are times that no one will be at the shop. If no one is there please call the number listed on the signs at our shop and someone will be right with you.
