Seen this idea for a “Self Serve Farm Stand” on TikTok and I thought it was a great idea! So I’ve been making plans to give everyone the opportunity to just swing by and pickup eggs 24/7! Trusting in the community to Pay Honestly and Take What They Need. As long this luxury isn’t taken advantage of. Also adding 100% natural, homemade, beeswax candles to spice it up a bit. Some more ideas in the air that I might add. If all goes well, I’ll be launching in the early spring. But I’m not known for being on-time 😊

Egg Handling and packaging:
1. Eggs are gathered and washed daily (unless requested straight from the coop)
2. Eggs are then packaged and labeled with a sell by date. (The “Best Buy” date is about 2 months after the “Sell By” date)
3. All eggs are refrigerated and sorted directly after washing.
4. If eggs are unsold, they will be regularly replaced to maintain constant freshness. (I put the freshest eggs in your fridge, the older eggs in mine.)

-Excited to be making plans for another pop up sale! Shame I couldn’t do it today, was such a nice day to set up in town! But it gives me time to prepare for a couple ideas I have to add some flavor to my selection. More than just farm fresh eggs.
-Will be posting more updates. As well as information regarding the handling and quality, as well as packaging/storage of eggs.

First pop up sale went better than I could’ve expected. Sold a total of 11 dozen. Almost half of what the 26 dozen i brought!! Big thanks to everyone who came out to support me. Comments and questions from multiple customers today led me to ideas of future sales. Location will most likely not be the same. I will try to advertise future sale dates.
