Squash blossoms..!!
You don’t plan to buy them.
Few do.
You stumble into them like a beautiful mistake.
These yellow-orange flares are the males.
They’ve already handled their business, dusted the world with pollen, and can be plucked without derailing the future.
The females..??
Left behind & busy becoming slow squash.
Flavor..??
Soft, velvety.
A ghost of squash that barely lands before it’s gone.
They’re delicate to the point of absurdity.
Blink wrong, and they wilt.
Give them a day or two, max, before they collapse into botanical nostalgia.
But in that brief window..??
You’ve got something rare.
Almost no calories, barely a whisper of carbs.
Yet packed with bright little biochemical fireworks.
Vitamin C punching above its weight.
Flashes of beta-carotene, those bright pigments doing quiet, cellular work behind the scenes.
It’s not fuel.
It's finesse.
This is not about sustenance.
This is about timing, awareness.
Seizing the fleeting.
Stop by our stand.
They don't last long.
We're grateful for your support.
