It’s Wednesday, which means it’s time to get those Deer Run Farms orders in for the week! 💚

Preorders are OPEN for everything on our menu EXCEPT eggs 🥚

🥚 EGG LOVERS: Egg availability will be posted tomorrow evening (Thursday) at 7 PM, and eggs can be claimed once that post goes live. Availability is limited, so keep an eye on our page!

🇺🇸 Happy Labor Day! 🇺🇸

Labor Day looks a little different for everyone, and for us, it looks like playing catch-up around the farm! 😂🚜

Today we’re taking advantage of the extra day off to clean up the barn, get stalls cleaned and bedded in preparation for upcoming goat kids (yes, we’re getting an early start! 🐐), tackle some seriously overgrown brush, and start putting equipment away for the year.

This summer’s weather has been something else—either heat waves or storms—so there are definitely a few projects around here that got pushed to the side. Today is the perfect opportunity to catch up!

We’re incredibly grateful for the extra day away from our regular jobs to get some things accomplished around the farm 💚

Whatever Labor Day looks like for you—catching up on projects, spending time with family, relaxing on the couch, grilling out, or doing absolutely NOTHING—I hope you’re spending your extra day off exactly how you please.

We’ve been making a few changes around the farm lately, and our website has officially been updated to reflect our move to PREORDERS ONLY! ❤️

If you haven’t visited our website in a while—or didn’t even know we had one—go take a peek! 👀

Our website is a great place to learn more about Deer Run Farms, our animals, how we raise them, the products we offer, and how our preorder process works.

Moving to preorders allows us to better manage our inventory, reduce waste, and most importantly, spend more of our time doing what comes first around here—caring for our animals and our farm 🐐🐓🌾

Facebook is the best place to watch for our weekly menus, egg availability, specials, and announcements, but our website is your home base for learning more about who we are and what we do.
