I would like to announce that Friday March 1st will be my last day making food full time at Liquid Roots Brewing Project . Maybe a pop-up in the future, but not sure at this time.

I would really like to thank Katie & Taylor of liquid roots for their support over the last 14 months. Giving me a place to let folks enjoy my food/passion was something I can never repay!!!

Thank you to Tommy, Jamie, Alisha, Nicole, John, Anna Maria, Aja & Kevin for all that ya'll did to make my nights a little easier by taking orders, running food, clearing tables and putting up with me in general!!!

To my wife Kathleen of Katz Sandwich Co I would like to say thank you so much for everything you have done to help me. The sacrifices you made are too many to list. From using your kitchen(even when you needed it) to being understanding of my "messes" to sometimes doing my share of family work(kids from school, laundry, dishes, dinner and so on). I love you and am thankful that you are in my life.

Last but not least....thank you to everyone that came out and tried my food!! Everyone was so supportive and gracious. I will miss serving you. I really enjoyed my time at LR and sometime in the future may pop-up again!!!
