Thank you to each and every customer, vendor, and loved one that has supported us and our dream over the last five years.

We have permanently closed and are no longer accepting orders.

It has been an incredible and thrilling ride filled with happy customers, honored awards, and more than a few gray hairs from pandemics, catastrophies and natural disasters, but what will stay in our hearts is you, our wonderful customers. We have loved talking cheese, cooking and international travel with you, and we hope that when you see us out around town that you'll stop and say hello and tell us what you're making for dinner tonight.

It was a great day at the Johnny Appleseed Festival yesterday. We had it all:

Music ✅️
Fun ✅️
Cheese ✅️

It was great to see lots of new and familiar faces. If you missed us at the Festival, you can still stop downtown at the cheese shop this week and try lots of great cheeses, including our extra aged 5 year Reserve Raw Organic Sharp Cheddar!

📣 Calling all cheddar afficionados! 🧀 We are thrilled to FINALLY be able to release a super special 5 Year Reserve Cheddar!

If you have been been enjoying our sweet and sharp 3 year cheddar, you are going to want to try this carefully (and lovingly) aged reserve batch. It's even sweeter, deeper and still creamy, and it's loaded with the calcium crystals we all love to hear crunch!

Stop by either of our summer locations to try it and fall in love!

Have you heard the news? We'll be at the Haverill Famers Market on Saturdays 9am-1pm this summer!

The Leominster Cheese Shop will also still be open on Saturdays from 12-4pm ✨️

We have some tasty cheese in stock for mother's day weekend. If you have not tried the St. James it's probably because it only comes out once a year. We only make this cheese when the cows are on pasture. This hand crafted gem is a savory and delightful take on asiago. We also have our amazing Tomme, Chapman and 5 year aged Cheddar that we collaborate with the Amish on. For meats we have Martinellis from RI which is one of our cheese makers favorites especially the bourbon bacon. Stop by and see us until 5 today and 11 to 4 tomorrow. Tomorrow our award winning cheesemaker will be at the counter don't forget to ask him about all our amazing artisan cheese. All our cheese is handmade on site in the European tradition so make sure you don't miss out on this unique experience.

Don't forget to pick up some of our awesome whole milk Ricotta for Easter. Get it while you can they are going fast. Our extra thick rich Ricotta is a great addition to any dish. We are open today at the shop and we are at tomorrow.
