Many supermarket sausages have fillers and questionable ingredients. If you’re looking for a better option, let’s talk about it!

What makes our sausage the best?

First, the PORK! Our pigs spend time outdoors, on pasture, in the woods, etc. Pigs raised outdoors and on pasture have been shown to produce meat that is more nutrient dense and offers higher levels of vitamin D (they store it in their fat!) We make all of their feed right here on the farm using non-GMO grains from local farmers, bone meal (because pigs are omnivores, not vegetarian), and all the minerals they need. We don’t use any hormones or antibiotics either.

Next, the ingredients. We work with our processor to offer sausage flavors you will love, with ingredients you can pronounce! All of our pork products (including ham, bacon, and sausage) are free of monosodium glutamate (MSG). There are no added fillers, just real, seasoned pork. Our Italian and Salt & Pepper Sausage are also sugar-free. If you want to experiment and make your own (a great option for someone with severe allergies or food restrictions), we offer plain ground pork that can be easily seasoned at home however you like.

You know the pastures are thriving when the wildlife wants to live there too 🙌 Gavin accidentally jumped a wild turkey hen in the pasture when he was moving the cows to a fresh paddock (I think he was more surprised than the hen!). He found her nest full of eggs waiting to hatch.
