In case you missed this morning’s rush hour coming out of Duckingham Palace… traffic was moving smoothly, with the exception of a couple oversized vessels bringing up the rear at approximately 0.2 MPH. 🦆

Fortunately, the congestion cleared quickly, and your route to the Belle’s Bounty stand is wide open!

The stand is stocked with fresh-from-the-garden goodies, so swing by and see what the garden’s giving us. 🍅🥒🌶️🥔

The garden has been busy… Which means the stand has been freshly stocked!

While Belle continues her birthday week celebrations, she has agreed to return to her regularly scheduled duties of supervising the garden and quality control.

We’ve been harvesting like crazy and the stand is packed with fresh picked produce, including:

🥒 Cucumbers

🎉 Happy 9th Birthday to the Belle of Belle's Bounty. 🎉

Today we celebrated the very best girl we know.

If you've followed Belle's Bounty for any amount of time, you already know she's more than just our dog.

She's our property supervisor, quality-control inspector, professional cuddle expert, garden taste tester, duck-treat thief, swimming enthusiast, travel buddy, and the reason every Christmas present and birthday gift we wrap somehow ends up with a little bit of dog hair stuck in the tape.

She's known by many names - Bean, Bella Bean, Bean Dip, Goober, Schmoosh, the list goes on….but no matter what we call her, she answers with the same happy tail and the biggest heart.

People often ask where the name Belle's Bounty came from - When we bought this property, one of the biggest reasons was to give Belle the life we knew she deserved, a place to run, swim, explore, and be right by our sides every single day.

Then came the garden... and when it was time to name the little stand that grew from all of it, the answer was easy.

Belle has always been the center of our world.
She's influenced more decisions in our lives than she'll ever know, and we'd make every one of them again if it meant giving her the life she deserves.

So, of course, it became Belle's Bounty.

Happy 9th Birthday to the sweetest goober, the best girl, and the heart behind everything we do.

Thank you for making our little corner of the world a better place every single day.

Looks like the Land of the Misfits has a new resident. 🐣

If you've been around Belle's Bounty for a while, you probably remember Jerry - our sweet disabled Pekin drake who stole everyone's heart before he crossed the rainbow bridge this spring. Jerry was the one who started the Land of the Misfits.

I’ll admit, I thought we were done raising ducklings inside this year with Midge, Mabel, and Mildred having officially graduated to the big duck flock. Add in a few broody moms we decided to let faithfully sit on their eggs, I figured Mother Nature had this round covered.

But…as we all know, Mother Nature can be cruel sometimes and decided she had other plans.

Then we happened upon the tiniest little duckling lying all alone in the coop, out in the open with no interest from the nesting moms. I honestly thought it was too late... until I noticed the tiniest little breaths.

So, like any animal lover would, we scooped him up, ran him inside, and immediately started doing everything we could to help.

Meet Ron 🐣

Today he's officially one week old. He's still itty bitty, still struggling to gain weight, but we're celebrating even the tiniest of wins. Between vitamins, lots of monitoring, and working alongside our veterinarian, we're doing everything we can to help this little guy grow stronger.

Around here, we've learned never to count out the underdogs... or the underducks. 😉

🚨 NEW PRODUCT ALERT 🚨

The gardens are officially producing, and we're excited to introduce the first fresh greens of the season at Belle's Bounty!

🥬 Lloyd's Midnight Kale – $4/bag
🥬 Gwendolyn's Garden Greens – $4/bag

Both are grown right here at Belle's Bounty, harvested fresh from our garden, and now available at the stand.

You'll find them tucked inside the wooden cooler box located inside the smaller cooler to help keep them crisp and fresh.

There's something pretty special about produce that travels just a few steps from our garden to the stand instead of hundreds of miles to your table.

To help maintain freshness and extend shelf life, our greens are sold unwashed. Please wash thoroughly before enjoying.

As always, duck eggs are also available at the stand. 🥚🦆

Some days bring rain. Some days bring rainbows.

Tonight, we were lucky enough to get both. 🌈
As we watched this double rainbow stretch over Belle’s Bounty, we were reminded how grateful we are for this little corner of the world - and for all of you who support it.

On that note, our strawberries are officially sold out for now! 🍓

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the stand this week. We should have more berries ready later this week and will share an update as soon as they're available.

Until then, we're soaking in the view, counting our blessings, and enjoying this beautiful reminder to look up once in a while.

🍓 Strawberry Season Has Arrived at Belle's Bounty! 🍓

The strawberries are officially in, and they're poppin'! Fresh-picked, sweet, and ready for snacking, baking, or disappearing before you make it home.

🍓 $4 per quart
🍓 $2 per half quart

As always, Belle insisted on conducting a
thorough taste test before approving them for sale. After careful evaluation (and several bites), she has confirmed they're stand-worthy.
Quality control is important around here. 🐾
Stop by the stand and grab some while they last!

As for Belle, she's been busy overseeing vegetable production from her preferred management position: Directly in the garden taking a nap. 🐾😴

The good news is that the garden is growing, and more fresh produce will be hitting the stand in the coming weeks!
