Focaccia Monkey Bread Stuffed with Ricotta

We tweaked the recipe a bit since the first round, and these came out even better. They don't refrigerate well, so they're available first thing when we open, while supplies last.

Soaked in Marsala, maple syrup, and our house-made custard. Grab one with a coffee from Blue Jay and start your day right.
