Just a friendly reminder—if you're planning to make a delicious peach cobbler, pie, crisp, or homemade peach ice cream for Father's Day, don't wait until Saturday to buy your peaches!

Fresh peaches need a few days at room temperature to soften and reach their sweetest, juiciest flavor. We recommend purchasing your peaches a couple of days in advance and letting them sit out on the counter until they're perfectly ripe and ready for your favorite dessert recipes.

Watermelon Peach Salad!

About 3 cups cubed watermelon
3-4 peaches, peeled and sliced
A handfull of fresh mint leaves, chopped
1 large cucumber, sliced (we also peel ours)
1.5 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of lime juice
pinch of salt

We prefer to eat it chilled! Enjoy.
