We are looking to re-home all of our chickens...about 13.
About 9 large chickens of various types.
And half a dozen silkies.
Hens and Rooster.
Hoping to send them off all together, but will send silkies and large breed separately if needed.

I've ran out of solar lights... but hopefully it'll be for the short term and I can get some more to REALLY light up the garden. Predicting an early July opening for the stand.

Blackberry Pop Tarts?

Tonight's dessert!

Recipe:
Your go-to pie crust -homemade or store bought (I have a recipe if you need one!)
A jar of Koop Farms Blackberry Jam
Powdered Sugar, Vanilla, Whole Milk

Prepare dough as you would for a pie, rolling thinly. Cut into rectangles, in half the rectangles, dab jam in center and spread to 1/4 inch if edges. Cover each with the remaining rectangles. Crimp edges. Fork top layer. Back until brown at 375. (15ish mins). Let cool

Icing:
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 to tablespoons milk
A dab of blackberry jam.
Mix well. Ice Pop Tarts when cooled.
