What exactly will this pop up entail, you ask?

Local chefs will be preparing a delicious brunch using local ingredients in the lobby of Cascade this Saturday, April 2nd from 10 AM- 1 PM.

Menu items include:
🍄Lightly fried lions mane with kimchi slaw, garlic sesame aioli, and cilantro on a brioche roll
🥓 bacon, egg and cheese with crispy shallots, truffle aioli, and chives on bagel
🥩seared NY strip with poblano mustard, garlic picked mushrooms, honey, and arugula on ciabatta bread
