Around 30 burek sold today, plus some of our frozen burek! 🥐🔥 We also got to meet so many new people who drove in from Omaha and Iowa just to visit us. We’re seriously so thankful for everyone who makes the drive and supports our small family business! ❤️

Honestly, I’d change them slightly. For this specific video, I want a mix of local discovery + exact food/cuisine + Nebraska rather than using both and , which are somewhat redundant.

My grandma makes this traditional Bosnian classic completely from scratch — stretching the dough by hand, adding the filling, rolling it up, and baking it until golden and flaky. ❤️
