After researching what kinds of treats were popular, salty and sweet, I started selling chocolate covered pretzels at craft fairs. One of the largest fairs is the UMO homecoming craft fair in October; where people started asking for treats that were gluten-free and carb free. This lead me to research other products that everyone else could enjoy. So I added Gluten-free cupcakes, low carb coconut
macaroons, and for those who are looking to add antioxidants to their diet and perhaps and boost of energy... dark chocolate truffles. At this time you can purchase my products @ Steaks N Stuff on Mechanic St. in Lincoln or at one of the many craft fairs I attend throughout the year. I will keep an updated calendar of where I will be. My dream is to one day open My Pretiola Cafe where young and old can enjoy their favorite"little reward" along with your favorite coffee, tea or Bubble tea drink.
