It’s the first time we’ve had this request but luckily we are kind of bacon fanatics over here so we knew what he wanted.
Bacon doesn’t always mean the same thing, most of us are familiar with American bacon made out of the pork belly or Canadian bacon made out of the loin.
This product is Australian bacon, which is kind of both. The pig is cut a little differently to leave the loin and belly attached and they stay attached during the curing, smoking and slicing process.
