Hey friends! With Midsommar Days happening in Lindstrom this weekend, we’re going to lean into our Swedish side and bring our mock rye bread to the markets!

The rye grain itself is glutinous so we add a little caraway seed to our white sandwich loaf to bring back the familiar smell & taste of a traditional rye.

The market in Lindstrom has extended hours tomorrow! You have until 3 to visit Elle & Margaret but I’d get there early before the favorites sell out. 😉

Inside each box you'll find:

• Organic free-range pork breakfast sausage from Cattail Farm
• Pastured eggs from Fischer's Rolling Green Farm
• Sourdough bagels or English muffins from Little Home Baker
• Sourdough pancake mix from Firm Foundation Farmstead
