25 lbs down in 60 days! But the biggest changes weren’t anything extreme.

I stopped trying to be perfect and started focusing on things I could actually stay consistent with: moving my body, quick workouts at home, swapping some of my higher-calorie habits, taking care of my nutrition, and celebrating progress that had nothing to do with the scale.

The first win I noticed wasn’t weight loss at all. It was realizing I could make it through the day without feeling like I desperately needed a nap. THAT was enough to keep me going.

Small changes. Done consistently. And 60 days later, I’m so glad I started. 🤍
