The Henckler-Davis family is starting this business because Clara (a ten year old entrepreneur in the training) wants to learn about how to run a business, loves to make all the things we will be selling, is ready to learn about all the finances involved, and will need something to keep her busy over the Summer. This is something the whole family enjoys and will be something to do with all the honey from our beehives.
