Tucked away in Turlock, CA, Melgard Family Farm & Mill is run by husband and wife duo Kris & Emily —Kris, a second-generation farmer, and Emily, whose love for baking began during her time at a local bakery.
Together, they’ve built a family-run mill rooted in regenerative farming—growing grains free from chemicals and pesticides, and milling flour fresh for every single order.
