We made it home!

Im super happy and proud to say we have a new permanent champion in the barn!!

Coyote Kidz went grand in both rings and is now a finished champion 🏆 🎉🎊

We had an amazing weekend for the whole herd. All of the girls did exceptionally well in their respective classes with some truly tough competition. In the junior division, Coyote Kidz Highland Corbie picked up a reserve champion and our Saanen kid Lavender was grand AOP in ring 1! 🎊🎉🏅

This was also out first show with a proper Saanen herd and despite 3 of the 4 being 1st fresheners, they did amazing standing against some magnificent mature Saanens.

Huge thanks to Vanessa Brum for another awesome fuzzy show! And thank you to the handful of people that helped move and show goats! This sport takes a village, and the NW community of breeders is so wonderful to be apart of!

And that's a wrap, we are officially done with 2026 kidding season!

Yearling Saanen Spinning Spider Socially Shy gave us healthy buck/doe twins. She was on the smaller side so these are mixed babies sired by Highlander.

Final numbers for the season 88 kids born!
38 does kidded and of the 88 born, 54 are does and 34 bucks!

Only one doe needed medical assistance and only 3 needed simple help just to reposition kids. All in all a very good season with the some of the nicest kids we have ever produced!

Now we are hurtling into show season with our first show this weekend! Can't wait to see our freinds in Couer d'Alene!

I currently have a thousand things I need to get caught up on.....but getting our soap supply ready for this summer is the most pressing at the moment.

We've been working to add one or two items to our wagon and since the farm help (Erick) and several of my family members all have beards....beard oil was the obvious thing to make! Also who wouldn't want a beard as large and luxurious as ?

New product hitting the wagon shelf this summer! Be sure to find Biggs and Old Goat Soapary if you're heading to any of the Montana Renaissance fairs this summer!
