As we say goodbye to the last of August’s bounty, September brings a fresh wave of seasonal goodness to the market! We’re seeing new produce arrive as the fields begin their transition toward fall, while still enjoying a few of those late summer favorites. Before long, we’ll start spotting the first of October’s harvest, too. It’s an exciting time of year at the Lockport Community Farmers Market! So much growing, changing, and coming into season!

Goodbye August, hello September. Summers bounty of peaches, squash and tomatoes will slowly turn to pumpkins, apples and greens over the next few weeks. Shop the last few flavors of summer this Saturday at the Lockport Community Farmers Market 10am-2pm.

Andy Carson will be at the pavilion 11-1pm with some amazing tunes.

The 13th Annual Locktoberfest celebration will be hosted on Saturday, October 3rd from 10am to 5pm on Canal Street in Lockport, NY!

Help us celebrate the Erie Canal with this all day celebration of the community built on the banks of the Flight of Five Locks!!

This year’s event will expand the weekly Lockport Community Farmers Market hosting over 55+ local vendors bringing local farm products, specialty foods, and more.

Vendors will also include local nonprofit organizations in an expanded Family Fun Zone to include free games, prizes, and activities for families of all ages to enjoy!

Enjoy food, music, and of course local brews at the Lockotberfest B**r Garden while you discover Lockport and the Flight of Five in a whole new way!

Attendees can watch the last demonstration of the historic Erie Canal Flight of Five Locks by the volunteer Lock Tenders as we wrap up the season!

Tomorrow 8/29 is Kids Day at the Lockport Community Farmers Market! We’ve got crafts and face paint! And interactive tents from AWARE Wildlife Rescue, Dyan Mulvey Dance, Dom’s Pals with Scales, and Tips Balloons! 🦉 🩰 🦎 🎈

We also have our most fabulous vendors, serving up the fresher produce and meats, delicious goods, beautiful art and so much more! We cannot wait to see you!

One last hurrah before the school year begins, Lockport Community Farmers Market will be hosting Kids Day at the Market Saturday Aug 29th. From 9-2 kids can join in on the fun with face painting, crafts, balloon animals, and interactive tents with Dyan Mulvey Dance Academy, AWARE wild animal rehab, Dom’s Pals with Scales and more!

Music by Mike Hartman at the gazebo from 11-1pm.

This Saturday is for the kids! 🎉

Saturday, August 29th is the LAST KIDS MARKET CLUB for the 2026 summer season at the market! Kids can enjoy balloon animals, facepaint, interactive tents by Dyan Mulvey Dance Academy, AWARE Wild Animal Rehab, Dom's Pals With Scales, and crafts!

Then head over to Ida Fritz Park as it turns 150 years old!!! Families can enjoy a free hot dog or hamburger, games, prizes, and so much more!

School is starting soon, so make sure you make this weekend a FUN ONE in the City of Lockport!! 🥳

Lockport Community Farmers Market has an amazing vendor line up for you for tomorrow August 22nd (who are we kidding though, we always have an amazing vendor line up)

From 9-2p you can shop the freshest produce, most delicious of goods, ready to eat foods, and a whole lot more!

Kids can join the kids market club scavenger hunt and win $3 in market coins for completed hunts!

Cameron Markott will be at the gazebo from 11-1p with some amazing music.

We’ve almost made it to another weekend, and you know what that means… another Saturday at the Lockport Community Farmers Market!

Kids Market Club will be giving away $3 market coins to kids who finish this weeks treasure hunt. Stop by the LCFM market tent to grab your scavenger hunt list and reusable bag!
