We’ve grown from a pop‑up in 2020, to a warm gathering place for handcrafted, local, & farm‑fresh goods—home to 175+ small businesses. Since 2011, One Farm utilizes agroecology* and authentic farming practices to cultivate and directly sell chemical-free vegetables, herbs and fruits that nourish, inspire and unite our neighbors within a 50-mile radius of Logan, Iowa.
* Agroecology is the science
of ecology applied to the design, development and management of agriculture. Agroecology takes into account the needs of the ecosystem and people in it. One Farm Market opened at 215 East 7th Street in Logan in November 2020 as a temporary pop-up market. Due to community interest and support, it continues as a year-round local foods store that not only sells organically produced vegetables and herbs from One Farm, but also other Iowa farmers. One Farm Market also carries beef, pork, dairy, maple syrup, eggs, honey, flours, chocolates, body products and many other items grown or crafted in Iowa or Omaha. Our limited hours of operation are "farmers market style" hours as we also spend time growing food, selling wholesale and attending farmers markets.
