Hi everyone, I'm Gabriel, founder of Gabriel's Kitchen. After more than 20 years in logistics, hospitality, and culinary leadership, I'm excited to become the first entrepreneur to launch from the new Logansport Incubator Kitchen.

My fiancée is a Logansport native, and together we've chosen to build our business, raise our family, and invest in this amazing community. Through great food, entrepreneurship, and education, I hope to share my experience, inspire others, and grow alongside the people of Logansport.
