16. Can I cook from a cart or mobile vehicle? No, cooking and frying are not allowed from a cart or mobile vehicle. Food preparation from a stationary cart is limited to hot dogs, churros, shaved ice, pretzels, roasting of nuts, corn roasting and other limited un-packaged, nonpotentially hazardous foods.
