Bluebird Meadow Farm Family-owned farm producing fresh, natural fruit, vegetables, fresh eggs and handmade quilts.

Located on 70 beautiful rolling acres in London Ky, Bluebird Meadow Farm has been the home and heart of our family for 7 generations. Currenty owned and operated by three generations of The Smith Family, we produce and market naturally grown produce and eggs. We also recently began a cattle operation and plan to offer quality beef in the future. In keeping with the tradition of our foremothers, we

also produce and sell handmade quilts. Plan to visit the farm to buy direct or follow our page for seasonal availability of your favorite products.

With quarter beef on this last one we took it had some of the following.

39 rolls 1lb hamburger
3 chuck roast between 2 and 3lbs each
2 arm roast between 2 and 3 lbs each
5 packages of ribeye steaks 2 per package 1inch thick
1 sirloin roast
1sirloin tip roast
5 packages of filet mignon 2 per package
4 packages of new York strip 2 per package
1 brisket
6 packages of sirloin steak 2 per package
4 packages of shank steak 2 per package.

This may not be exact on the next one but will give you and idea on what you would roughly get with a quarter beef. The last one that we hauled 3 weeks ago worked out to 2.89 per pound across the board.

In the next couple of weeks we will be hauling another beef off. We have 4 quarters for sale. Each quarter will be around 400 dollars depending on final weight and be around 160 pounds of meat. Let me know. Once we haul it takes about 2 weeks for processing

We are hauling beef off tomorrow for processing. Have half a beef still for sale. Can either sell as a half beef or in quarters. Won't know exact price until it is processed and know what the dress weight is, but for half beef it will be somewhere between $800-$900. Quarter will be half of that. Will be ready Saturday or Monday for pick up.
