It is with great sadness that we tell you we have decided to close Elwood Orchards after 115 years in the business. We want to thank each and every one of our patrons. We truly enjoyed laughing and talking with you when you visited the maze. We loved your enthusiasm and persistence when you came out exasperated but laughing because you found it difficult. We loved it even more when you came out victorious, grinning in the glow of your “win”! We had couples that returned year after year, telling us the maze was their first date, and families and groups that returned because it became a family tradition. We enjoyed seeing families return to pick apples and take family photos in the orchards. We have wonderful memories and we thank you for that.
