After 38 years of building businesses, I’m now focused on helping others grow theirs — particularly through the unique concept of licensing that only a few have truly mastered. A model that creates expansion, branding, long-term growth, and real-world business experience.
Licensing is one of the most overlooked expansion models in business today, yet when structured correctly, it can create multiple territories, strong brand recognition, and long-term residual opportunities without the massive overhead of traditional expansion.
I started at 26 years old in New York with my first restaurant and have since built over nine businesses ranging from restaurants and catering to private school food service programs, franchising, trademark development, business acquisition, bringing food products to market, and licensing businesses I personally created — including Otto’s Pizza Stix.
Today, I selectively work on projects like Brake Time Now and J’s Dogs, helping turn concepts and established businesses into scalable licensing opportunities.
Whether you already own a business or simply have a concept in mind, I’ll help show you the road, structure, and journey needed to bring it to market. You’ll do the work — my role is helping guide the vision forward.
And lastly, everything I do helps fund our nonprofit, Colombia De Mi Corazón, which I founded in 2010, supporting children in poverty in my native country of Colombia. That is the deeper purpose behind everything I build.
