From now until our one-year anniversary, we’re teasing everything that’s about to hit for our biggest weekend yet — five new sandwiches and fourteen rare beers, including a few that are touching California soil for the very first time.

The Food:
The Updated Ham & Cheese: honey-cured ham, pimento cheese, and potato chips inside soft white bread.
Nostalgia → rebooted.

The Beer:
1️⃣ Fair Isle Landbier – Spelt Lager – Seattle farmhouse magic, light & tight.
2️⃣ Gold Dot Unfiltered Helles – Crisp, clean, unfiltered, a one-off from the Heater Allen team.
3️⃣ Wondrous German-Style Pils – Bay Area perfection in a glass, a special request from the big dill himself.

Debuting Nov 8 & 9 at Dilly’s Sandwiches LB. When a keg kicks, it’s gone.

EGG SALAD’S BACK, BABY.
You know you want it. Creamy, tangy, a little messy—in all the right ways.
It’s the sandwich that whispers, “I’m wholesome,” but winks at you from across the deli case.
Come get egged. Or don’t. But then you’ll be thinking about it all day.
Back on the menu until we run out or get bored. Whichever comes first.
