I just wanted to make a little post from the heart for a second 🤍
MAC Meal Prep is truly only my fiancé and I behind everything. We don’t have employees, workers, or extra help behind the scenes. Every message, grocery run, meal prep, grilling, packing, labeling, delivery, late night planning session, and early morning is all done by the two of us.
We are still a very small business, and while we try our absolute hardest every single day, sometimes mistakes happen or things may not go perfectly. I’m only 23 years old and still learning how to run and grow a business while also trying to make sure every customer feels taken care of and appreciated.
Please know that we genuinely care so much about what we do. We care about the quality of our meals, our customers, your goals, and the trust you place in us when you order. We never intentionally make things difficult for anyone, and if there’s ever an issue, we always try my best to fix it as quickly as I can. Sometimes it just takes a little time because there’s only two of us balancing everything at once.
My fiancé handles all the grilling while I handle most of the business side, messaging, organizing, and customer communication, and together we also deliver most meals ourselves because we want to make things as convenient and personal as possible for our customers.
We are beyond thankful for every order, every share, every recommendation, every kind message, and every person who continues supporting us while we grow. Your patience, understanding, and support truly mean more than you probably realize. We’re trying our best every single day, and we promise our hearts are fully in this business 🤍
