McCarty's Homestead Join us as we share the things that happen on our small homestead. Our figs are the thing we sell the most actually.

If you buy figs at the Granary Grocery Store in July you buy McCarty's Farm figs. Everything else seems to get consumed before it can be sold.

We have been really busy with the chickens this fall. We had a broody hen who didn't want us to take her eggs... so we have some young pullets now. There are three new ones which makes up some of the losses we had this spring.
