Wow! Truly one amazing experience at the Pepper Festival in Auburn Ca. yesterday. I Met so many cool people. The other fun part was watching people sample my sauce on a tortilla chip and smile. I had all walks of life. Even kids telling mom and dad they wanted a bottle. The Homeland Security Officers even got in on the action. Such a great feeling to hang out with Police knowing that this time I wasn't in trouble. 😂 Then meeting the Queen❤ This lovely lady and her husband all the way from the U.K. Here's a pic of her with my beautiful daughter. She was there to defend her title as a Hot pepper eating Champion. She was eating the world's Hottest peppers like they were gummy bears! 💥 Oh, and then the rabbit driving a car! LOL! Truly an amazing night. Thanks to all who came out to support it! 👊

Ok...Ok...we've all had Buffalo wings right? Love me some Buffalo wings, Hot wings, Chicken wings, Party wings and even love listening to some Psul McCartney and Wings. But have you tried Gator wings? You do em up like your party wings only you finish tossing them in my Green Gator Sauce. Oh my! I made me a small trial batch tonight and I had to jump back and kiss myself it was that good!
