After a lot of prayer and discussion, our family has made the decision to sell the Loretto Butcher Shop so we can focus all of our time, energy, and resources on growing the Lebanon Meat Market.
This wasn’t an easy decision—Loretto has been a huge part of our lives—but we believe this is the right step for our family and our future.
That being said, this is a great opportunity for the right person.

Good evening, Loretto Butcher Shop family.
Just a couple of quick notes as we head into the week before Christmas.

We are booking up fast. At this point, we’re already booking into February for beef and hogs. We do have a few small openings here and there, but the schedule is pretty tight.

With several butcher shops across Kentucky closing their doors, we are taking on additional slaughter dates. If you’re planning to have a beef processed before summer, now is the time to call and get on the books ASAP.

Attention Deer Hunters — Important Notice

Hey folks, this is Josh with the Loretto Butcher Shop.

Modern gun season processing has been completed for over a week. If you have been called multiple times and have not made arrangements or shown effort to pick up your deer, please note the following:

👉 All unclaimed deer will only be held until Wednesday at 4:00 PM.
👉 Any deer not picked up by Wednesday at 4:00 PM will be sold to cover the processing fee.
👉 No exceptions.

We’ve made every effort to contact customers, and cooler space is limited. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and cooperation.
