Our daughter, Luella, with her buoyant personality, would aggravate Dad every time he put meat on the smoker.

Today Benny Boo’s BBQ partnered up with David Crockett Post 1618 VFW and served 100 pounds of chicken wings. We are more than honored to serve those that have served this great country. 🇺🇸

We knocked out 80 pounds of chicken leg quarters with an apple honey rub and a beautiful ham with our signature smoky maple rub. The flavor profiles on these turned out incredible.

Who’s wishing they grabbed a plate? 🍗🍖

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our VFW Post 1618 veteran picnic! It was a wonderful day of community and camaraderie.

We want to extend a special thank you to the talented musicians who provided such great entertainment throughout the event. We are also incredibly grateful to Petes Country Meats for their generous donation of the meats, and to Benny Boo’s BBQ for doing an amazing job smoking them to perfection—everything was delicious!

Finally, a heartfelt thank you to all our dedicated volunteers. Your hard work behind the scenes made this event a success, and we couldn’t have done it without you.

We look forward to seeing you all again soon!

Rattlesnake tails with our cowboy butter and apple honey rub. A little brushing of bbq sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese. Absolutely delicious 😋

Crazy homemade French loaf smothered in jalapeños and cheddar, stuffed with smoked apple honey chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes and then lovingly drizzled with our special homemade ranch dressing. Side of our smoked jalapeño baked beans and don't even get me started on the signature apple coleslaw. 👌
