My Air India flight was cancelled due to the Iran conflict — a situation beyond anyone’s control. But what happened after that was a complete failure of customer service from Goibibo.

Despite Air India allowing rescheduling, Goibibo BLOCKED my PNR and held my full payment, making it impossible to reschedule the flight directly. I’ve been told “the airline holds the payment,” but Air India has clearly confirmed that’s false.

It’s been over 10 days of follow-ups, calls, and emails — and still no refund, no reschedule, NO ACTION.

Goibibo team — you’ve taken my money, blocked my options, and now you’ve gone silent.

This is not a glitch — this is negligence and customer harassment.

I demand immediate resolution. This is a clear case of blocking customer rights and delaying refunds without cause.
