With this deck so low, what’s your suggestion for going about installing my blocking/brackets for railing posts!??? Am I going to have to remove all the deck boards?

I just got a new deck and I am wondering if the base of this stair should totally be on this landing. Thanks.

Does one solid stain color throughout the whole deck usually look best, or would incorporating an accent color make it look more updated? I was also considering doing the lower tier a different color for contrast. I am also aware I should have waited to stain the railings and I am considering going with an espresso color instead.
