Where are you spending Pesach this year?
Because I know a lot of you had plans.
And like everyone else, we're thinking about our brothers and sisters in Israel. B'ezras Hashem, it can still happen. Last year at the end of the seder we said "Next year in Yerushalayim." That didn't change.
But at the same time, families here still have to make Pesach. And if this year, the seder ends up at your dining room table in Los Angeles, I want you to know something:
You're going to be fine. Better than fine.
Because Lieder's has your back, and we've been doing this for 17 years.
Right now, today, we are already prepping a separate, dedicated, clean, ready-for-Pesach kitchen that exists for one reason and one reason only: to make your seder food so you don't have to turn your own kitchen upside down any earlier than you already have to.
And before you ask, yes. Our Pesach food is:
Fully Gluten Free. Non-Gebrochts. Kitniyot Free.
We're taking pre-orders for seders, holiday meals, and Shabbos Chol Hamoed. All of it. Take a look at the menu:
Pre-orders are open until Sunday, March 22nd at 2pm.
After that, we're open for walk-in purchasing Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
And we'll be open Chol Hamoed, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday — for anyone who needs food mid-Yom Tov, is hosting a lunch, or just doesn't want to look at their Pesach kitchen for one more meal.
So if you missed the deadline, you're not out of options.
But pre-order if you can.
We make limited quantities, and some items, like the Gluten-Free Chocolate Kokosh for Pesach, go fast. Very fast. Don't say I didn't warn you.
Now, I know some of you are still in that mode where you've told three different people "maybe" and you're planning to decide the week before. I'm not judging. I'm part of a Jewish family too. I understand how this works.
But Sunday, March 22nd at 2pm is Sunday, March 22nd at 2pm.
So here's the plan.
There is no plan yet.
And that's okay.
But do yourself a favor: look at the menu, start thinking, maybe even place the order now, and stop thinking about it.
Because sometimes the best Pesach planning is the kind you do early and never think about again.
May next year in Yerushalayim.
