I've been doing a lot of culinarily scientific playing about recently. I'll have some results soon. The primary basis has been in dried Mexican Chilis combined with tofu pastes to make faux-gochujangs for Korean food. So far the pasilla/chile de arbol blend has been the best, but more to come!

An insanely good Asian Style Coleslaw! A great way to start your weekend
