3/4 cups milk
1 1/4 cup mochiko flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon ube extract
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Whipped cream
Coconut flakes
In one bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients and add in the wet ingredients. Whisk until smooth. Add cooking spray to waffle iron and cook 3-5 minutes. Slather Black Sesame Crunchy Butter and Coconut Spread onto waffles. Top with whipped cream and coconut flakes.
