I started making Energy Truffles out of my kitchen with the intent to get my kids to consume wholesome, vitamin and mineral rich foods. When I covered them in dark chocolate and wrapped them in bright foils the kids just begged to eat them! I found that my kids could eat something, they thought was candy, and I could feel very good about it. Our product is vegan, gluten free and made with 100% org
