im to share his knowledge and raise awareness of pure and heritage breeds of animals raised out on the pasture and humanely slaughtered. Pasture raised animals and heritage breeds lend to more nutritious and better tasting meats unlike the industrialized factory farmed meats you find in your regular grocery store. Small farms that raise their animals on the pasture also treat their animals better and let them mature at the rate nature intended, providing for happier animals that is also reflected in the taste and texture of the meat. In hopes of a brick and mortar one day, Eagle will be sourcing from various sources until he solidifies relationships with farmers that are about the same passion he shares. He sources whole animals from each farmer and butchers each part with the customer and cook's interest in mind, all the while trying to respectfully utilize every part of the animal so as little as possible is wasted.

We’re excited to finally be able to make an announcement and share the look of our brand and upcoming market. Thank you to the awesome design by
Along with the logo, we were able to submit our plans last week. It’s definitely been a process so far (more details on that later). Please join us in sending positives vibes to the agencies to help speed our plans through so we can bring this project to fruition, and open our doors to all of you!
We’ll be sharing our journey with you in future posts up and through the grand opening. Follow us to stay tuned to see the products we’ll be offering and the farmers and producers that we’ll be working with. Please share with your friends to let everyone know... we’re coming!!

One of my absolute favorite cuts “PORK SHANK”... The infamous TI PAHNG in Asian cuisine... soy (plus other stuff) braised pork shank/hock... shown here is the hind shank. Pigs have 4 shanks total , the hindshanks will be the meatiest with portions of the ham and heel, the foreshanks may have portions of the brisket and shoulder if your butcher is good enough 💁🏻‍♂️

Channeling the streets of Bangkok... Moo Ping (Pork BBQ)... Grilled Marinated Thai Pork Skewers. They were on point! Paired with some lemongrass rice, chili dipping sauce, stir fried pea shoots and tangy coleslaw 🙌🏽
