Some of our customers have talked with us about their concerns about safe lettuce.
We source our lettuce from 2 suppliers.
Both have high standards of cleanliness and product protocols.
On our end all lettuce that gets used in our Salads goes through multiple washes and vinegar is added to the first wash. Then is rinsed again before it gets spin dried.
Our produce department also carries “Everleaf Aquaponics” lettuce
This lettuce is grown locally in a self contained greenhouse and is completely isolated from any outside contamination.
