I am posting this to bring awareness to what is going on here. I am the neighbor she tried to help. Those that know me know the truth. A bad neighbor situation that turned into a judicial nightmare then a political nightmare with the removal of MY ELECTED OFFICIAL; for trying to get some kind of understanding of the disagreements between neighbors. A disagreement that still continues today; 9 years later, due to the miscarriage of justice that has been brought upon both Patricia Burnette Chastain and myself. Ms Chastain committed no crimes; no criminal charges have ever been brought upon her . Maybe a few mistakes were made, a misuse of words cropped and pasted to make her look bad, but no criminal offenses. She was My elected official; elected for the people by the people was removed by a few of the Pharisees of Franklin County NC that just didn't like her. It is all so corrupt and we the people of North Carolina need to take notice of this as it could affect each and every one of us. An elected official being removed from office for trying to help the public; removed without the proper impeachment hearings that she and us as the people should have received is just a travesty and a true miscarriage of justice. I pray that the Justices that heard this yesterday make the right decision; if not, does that mean any elected official could be removed with out proper due process of the law? This is a violation of the Constution....please share support the truth....stand behind this sweet lady that did not deserve this. Ms Chastain you are my hero for standing your ground on this. I know how had it's been.
